Slow-roasted BBQ pulled pork, rosemary and mozzarella on a sweet and smokey BBQ base.

Packed full of meat and cheese with a sweet and smokey base.

Ingredients:

Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Pork, Mozzarella Cheese, Anti Caking Agent - Potato Starch (Milk), BBQ Sauce (Sugar, Tomato Paste, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Dried Onion, Paprika, Dried Garlic, Dried Coriander, Smoke Flavourings, Black Pepper, Flavouring, Nutmeg, Natural Flavouring), Rosemary.

May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, egg, soya, celery, sulphites, mustard

Storage Instructions:

If chilled, keep me below 5°C. If frozen, keep below -18°C. If you decide to freeze me, please do so immediately, use by frozen use by date, fully defrost in a fridge before cooking and eat within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 210°C/ 190°C Fan and remove calzones from tray.

2. Keep baking paper but separate calzones and place on a baking tray.

3. Cook in the center of the oven for 18 - 22 minutes (piping hot throughout).

OMG!

The calzones are full of tangy, tender pulled pork and creamy cheese. I cook mine in the air fryer to make the outer shell crispy - absolutely delicious.

This one is by far my favourite!

I found these a little too sweet personally, but still very tasty. My son thoroughly enjoyed this one.

I'm not a big fan of pulled pork but I gave them ago and found them really nice
